Centrally located in Schaumburg, IL, convenient to Interstate 90 and Interstate 290, there is quick easy access to Interstate 294.

Reimbursement

Our services include direct billing to Medicare, Illinois Healthcare and Family Services (Medicaid), and a network of insurance companies. Prism Healthcare is a Preferred Provider for United Healthcare PPO programs and Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO programs. It is our pledge to assure that all claims are properly and efficiently submitted and managed. Estimated co-payment amounts are available before or at the time of delivery.
