Our Team

We recognize that durable medical equipment is an integral part of the accountable care movement.  At Prism Health Care Services, we work in conjunction with physicians, discharge planners, home health staff and clients to make sure our patients receive an integrative, interactive and informed approach to their health care.  Our staff is knowledgeable and friendly and we take our time to get to know our community members and understand their needs. We are excited that we are able to bring a retail component to our services, allowing for new and innovative products to be available to our customers and patients.  We look forward to working with you!
